Take the next step in your maple journey with the Rookie Evaporator Kit. The Rookie Evaporator, by our friends at H2O Leader, is a wood-fired evaporator designed for up to 200 taps. The Rookie has an 18″ x 46″ raised-flue pan with 6, internal, 5″ flues and an 18″ x 15″ flat bottom finishing pan connected by stainless steel plumbing fittings and dual float boxes for sap level control.
If your sugar house is ready for an upgrade from the Sapling Evaporator or Mini-Sportman, you can’t go wrong with the Rookie. After all, it’s the upgrade the Vermont Evaporator Company family made!
