Maple Recipes

Feb 16, 2022 | Cooking with Maple

It’s that time of year again! DIY maple syrup making season has begun in many places. But it’s not as if we stop eating maple just because we’re tapping trees! Here’s how people are making their maple and eating it too in 2022.

Maple in season? Let’s get back to basics. Start with Classic From-Scratch Pancakes or Best Fluffy Belgian Waffles. Mix it up with Peanut Butter Cookie Oatmeal. Make it vegain with Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding. Or live in the now with Yogurt Toast as seen on TikTok.

For later in the day: Sticky Rice Stuffed Aubergine with Spring Onion Salad. Then there’s Maple Mustard Tofu, Vegan Challah, Roast Squash and Kale Salad with Tahini Ranch Dressing, and Sesame-Ginger Tofu Soba Noodle Salad. Or you can hear Olympic Skiier Ryan Cochran-Siegle describe his top three maple recipes!

You’re going to want to eat your vegetables, because dessert is looking pretty good. Maple in season? So is Flourless Chocolate Cake, Tiramisu, Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies, and Whipped Cream with Berries and Spiced Maple Syrup. Wash it on down with a Peacemaker’s Peace Train Cocktail.

Maple is in season on the go, as well. Try these Spicy Maple Pecans, or Maple Granola Caramel Popcorn next time you need some quick nosh.

As always, more maple recipes for all seasons are always around the corner around here!
