Damaged in transit to us, these lids are a little less than beautiful but fully functional. May be slightly bowed and/or have a slightly bent under-pan lip. A hardy, functional product at a great price!

The Sapling Evaporator Pan Lid allows you to cover your Sapling Evaporator Pan overnight or otherwise between boils! Simply tamp down wood fire, draw off syrup or sweetened-sap for finishing, flood your pan with sap, and cover with the Sapling Evaporator Pan Lid. Comes with a locally-harvested and handmade hardwood handle.
