For a maple zuchinni bread, take your favorite recipe and substitute thusly: for every cup of white sugar called for, use 3/4 cup maple and subtract 1/4 cup of a liquid (milk, water, oil). Our favorite recipe will grace the pages of a certain blog here, shortly. Stay tuned for that! ⁠
