Sapling Efficiency Baffle
This heavy-duty steel plate creates a reburn chamber in the Sapling Evaporator when pushed to the back of the barrel to increase your wood-burning efficiency while evaporating!
When pulled to the front of the barrel, the Sapling Efficiency Baffle is used to deflect heat while smoking on the Sapling (see Sapling Smoking Package).
Barrel Fire Grate
The Sapling Fire Grate will aid in the proper draw of your fire and keep coals away from the bottom of your Sapling barrel, extending the life of the barrel. You can use this heavy-duty grate to improve the longevity and performance of your Sapling whether you are using your unit as an evaporator, grill, smoker, or wood-fired pizza and bread oven!
