The Mini-Sportman Evaporator, by our friends at Dominion & Grimm, is a wood-fired evaporator designed for 50 to 150 taps. The Mini-Sportman has an 18″ x 24″  drop-flue pan with 5″ flues and an 18″x18″ flat bottom finishing pan connected by stainless steel plumbing fittings and a float box.
If your sugar house is ready for an upgrade from the Sapling Evaporator, you can’t go wrong with the Mini-Sportman. After all, it’s the upgrade the Vermont Evaporator Company family made!
