Grateful Missouri customers! This was our first time tapping trees. There’s so much to learn and so many online resources, it was overwhelming, but when we found Vermont Evaporator Co, we started reading and watching their EASY to understand directions and videos. It gave us much needed confidence. The taps we ordered from them were perfect, as the narrower vacuum tubing drew more sap than other tubing on the market. We also loved the food safe 5 gallon buckets that have handles on the bottom and lids with a spout. Both the taps and buckets were very reasonably priced, and the free shipping was speedy. We had such a good time collecting sap and making syrup. What a great way to spend time in the woods in the winter!
